1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to addresses all across India. We partner with reliable, premium courier services to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location (metro cities generally receive deliveries faster than remote locations).
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain order value as specified on our website header.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. Please ensure you are available to collect the order and pay the exact invoice value at the time of delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with from the outside, please do not accept the delivery and mention it to the courier partner. If you accept it and find internal damage, immediately record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at hairmantraspvtltd@gmail.com.
