Refund policy

At Hair Mantras, we take great pride in the quality and efficacy of our Ayurvedic hair ritual products (including our Scalp Repair Serum and Anti Hair Fall Oil). Due to the personal care nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is expired.
  • The wrong product was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged/wrong item along with your order ID sent to our email: hairmantraspvtltd@gmail.com.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products purchased during a clearance or flash sale.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched by our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel, please email us immediately at hairmantraspvtltd@gmail.com.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is validated and approved by our team:

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will be requested to provide your bank details, and the refund will be processed via NEFT/Bank Transfer within 7 business days.
